Current Use Of Funds
Because of the situation surrounding Cynthia Pryor’s arrest, a legal fund is needed to ensure that we protect our right to use public land. All donations made under the legal fund will go first and foremost to this.
Savings Account for Future Action
Any additional funds collected will be held in a savings account for the legal defense of needs of non-violent civil disobedience. The circumstance that Cynthia has found herself in may not be unique. If the fund exceeds the amount needed to defend Cynthia Pryor, all extra money will be saved for defending the future actions of coalition members who act in a way that intends to uphold laws which are either not being enforced or are being violated without consequence.
